Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant (SL-3)

Salary: $55,151

We are thrilled to hire a second field education coordinator to support our growing field education program.

Job Duties:

  • Assist Director and Associate Director(s) of Field Education in securing and developing internship placements

  • Assist Director and Associate Director(s) of Field Education to ensure that the field education program achieves and maintains accreditation standards

  • Support the field placement process alongside the Director and Associate Director(s) of Field Education

  • Assist with development of online MSW field component

  • Assist with field education orientations and events for students and field instructors

  • Assist with administrative components of the Evidenced Based Mental Health Fellowship

  • Update and maintain field education website for the Department of Social Work

  • Support Field Advisory Council, as needed

  • Serve on community committees and task force, as needed

  • Plan and coordinate field office events and meetings, as needed

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Master's degree

  • Experience with event planning
