Core Responsibilities

  • As a part of the lead team, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a huge role in the lead team in shaping the portfolio and marketing strategy for coming years.

  • Lead collaboration with IP Partner.

  • Own and lead the Marketing Agenda for assigned brands.

  • Drive the development of communication toolbox in accordance to strategy, priority, etc.

  • Build overall vision and long-term strategic direction in partnership with the Head of Product and Project Lead Team.

  • Lead and accelerate the global selling-in of assigned brand(s) for outstanding deployment.

  • Be the business case owner and on top of business performance along with other relevant insights that will help shaping the product and marketing development for assigned brands.

Being a part of the IP Lead team, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating the best experiences for given IP fans. The Senior Marketing Manager will support of the Head of Product in ensuring that the overall strategy is supported across the assigned brands, setting the business targets and lead collaboration with internal and external partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5 years+ of experience in marketing, preferably in a global or regional role, with a proven track record in communication development and high business sense.

  • Experience in working with IP partners and building strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams.

  • Performance-driven with expertise in decision making, analytics, time management, and marketing innovation.

  • Consumer-centric approach with a curiosity to try new things, evaluate business potential, and turn findings into action.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and Power BI, with strong communication skills for effective relationship building and negotiation.
