As a Grassroots Associate, you will be on the front lines of political engagement, interacting with voters at their doors and at public events. Responsibilities - Walk door-to-door to educate voters on political issues and candidate platforms. - Use techn-logy to track your progress and communicate with your team. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay on top of your game. Requirements - Ability to walk 5-7 miles per shift, even in adverse weather conditions. - Comfortable talking to people you don't know and building rapport. - Reliable form of transportation for commuting to different locations. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A smartphone and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
