Summary of Position:

Under the direction of the CHRO, this position is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of all employee benefit programs. Working with employees, vendors and others to ensure the University benefit programs are utilized according to policy and regulations. This is not a remote position. This position can be located at either our Big Rapids Campus or our Grand Rapids Campus. If the incumbent is working from our Grand Rapids Campus, they will be required to work in Big Rapids a minimum of 3 days per week.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the area of Business, Management or Human Resources.

 

Required Work Experience:

Three years professional experience in Human Resource Management that included at least three years experience managing/implementing employee benefits. Experience in leading benefit discussions. Exper
