What you’ll do:

Regional Procurement Team Coordinator has a direct impact on ensuring continuity of supply in the region by managing the processing of orders for raw materials, goods and services, processed by a team located in Bielsko-Biala.

Main responsibilities:

• Optimization of purchasing processes and costs;

• Supervision and parameterization of the ERP system and tools supporting the purchasing process;

• Management of overdue orders;

• Management of withheld payments in cooperation with other departments;

• Controlling the timeliness of orders;

• Maintaining constant contact with suppliers;

• Negotiating with suppliers and analyzing concluded contracts;

• Reporting of results;

• Management of procurement projects and active participation in project work;

• Development of subordinate team.

Qualifications:

• University education;

• Experience in procurement / purchasing

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and the purchasing process;

• Ability to build business relationships with internal customers

• and suppliers;

• Very good knowledge of the English language;

• Analytical skills;

• Team management skills;

• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel;
