Job include but not limited to: Sorting, cleaning rack-up strips, check DCL and solder dipping product, place power, tardis tester, hand loading sticks, MI2 inspection, counting, labeling, and packaging of product, aging, healing, packer, polarity load, auto and manual, prototype, soda wash, solder dip, strip clean, X-Ray prep, , B/I assembly, fuse load, board load and unload, fuse cut, fuse load and unload, deflash equipment, mounting and dismounting product in fixtures or solder dipping product, QRA tester, QRA data processor, hand marking machine, polarity load machine and other similar repetitive tasks may be included.
- Sets-up all equipment and operates according to specifications.
- Reports to supervisor or group leader any problems or areas of concern
- Adheres to applicable specifications in area
- Follow SOP, slash sheets and PDC as required
- Responsible for completing respective paperwork and computer entries when applicable
- Sets up equipment and makes minor adjustments as required
- Trains personnel as required
- Adheres consistently to safety practices
- Adheres continuously to housekeeping standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Meets or exceeds daily output goals
- Standing, walking, bending lifting, etc. as required
- Work overtime as needed
- Handles hazardous waste
