Accountant
Location: Hybrid position (in-person work only 1-2 days/week in Bethel, Connecticut)
Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30

This role offers the convenience of some working from home while providing the opportunity to collaborate in our Bethel, Connecticut office 1-2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage general ledger systems
Pe rform account analysis and bank reconciliations
P repare and post monthly journal entries
Assist with internal and external audits
Prepare annual state cost reports
Process weekly bank deposits
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Valid Driver’s License
Strong organizational skills
P roficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independen tly and manage time efficiently
