Day & Work Program Manager
Location: Bethel, Connecticut
Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:00 (Full Time)
Salary: $60,000 / year

As a Day & Work Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services and support to our participants, fostering their skill development, and promoting community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
Develop and implement program activities that promote skill development and community integration
Oversee the provision of services and supports for assigned participants
Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing necessary training and support
F acilitate meetings and follow up on consumer placement and progress
Develop and oversee community integration sites and consumer schedules
Maintain customer terms according to agreements and ensure accurate billing records
Collaborate closely with Ability Beyond’s management team, other departments, and vendor groups
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
C ollaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Valid Driver’s License
Proven experience in program management or a similar role within human services
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
