Are you a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail? We're seeking Regrind Operators to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. Here's what you need to know:

Position Purpose:

As a Regrind Operator, your primary responsibility is to accurately sort plastics and operating regrind machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates regrind machinery by feeding material into machine and making sure output is organized.

• Uses band saw to cut parts into smaller pieces for feeding.

• Cleans workstation using broom and dustpan, and/or compressed air.

• Utilize and understand ATI process and quality documentation.

• Record necessary information for output monitoring, quality verification, and production reporting.

• Accurately enter production job and payroll information into electronic Data Collection.

• Communicates "off-specification" conditions and documentation discrepancies to their Supervisor in a timely manner.

• Performs most standard operations and set-up of equipment under limited supervision.

• Verifying that we practice first in, first out (FIFO) with all Materials at all times.

• Ability to follow and practice safety procedures.

• Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned as needed.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skillset Necessary:

• minimum of three months equipment or machine operation experience required.

• Read, write, and be conversant in the English language required.

• Ability to perform basic computerized time clock data entry required.

• Previous forklift experience desired.

• Ability to operate pallet jack and manual bander required.

• Team oriented and strong level of independence required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Noisy and warm regrind environment involves frequent standing and walking, and occasionally sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and balancing.

• Postures include stationary standing, pivoting, trunk bending, pushing/pulling, repetitive lifting, overhead reaching, climbing, squatting, all planes of cervical motion, gripping, pinching.

• Frequently lifts materials and pallets up to 40 pounds or carries and balances while working in a production environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
