In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full industrial market in Germany: planning, achieving, and exceeding the set sales target while also ensuring the growth acceleration.

  • Be part of an extraordinary team, leading and developing the industrial sales structure with a team of 5 direct reports.

  • Collaborate and develop business opportunities together with the sales management team, including projects & E&C, business development, key accounts, and sales enablement.

  • Develop, implement, and sustain a solid AP that will help to consolidate the strategy in the region, delivering the expected results.

  • Acquiring new customers, building strategic new business, and securing existing customers.

  • Weekly & Monthly forecast for the business in Germany as well as actively contribute to the annual strategic budget planning process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • More than 5 years of experience in leading frontline sales managers and supervisors in a high demanding environment in Industrial market.

  • Engineering, Chemical or Technical background (chemistry, electronics, process, environmental, measuring or control technology).

  • Strategic ability to analyze markets and competitive companies with a mindset to identify root causes and areas for improvement.

  • Proven business acumen for the industrial German market.

  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of working hours.

  • Very good English skills and fluent in German.
