We currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem solving student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the Information Technology Project Management Office team where you will learn about Project Management and Data Analytics.

Essential Functions: 

• Developanalytic reportingthat enablesbusinessinsightsandimprove decision-making

• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.

• Connecting data sources, importand cleansedata, and transform data foruse

• Determinehistorical spending trends to inform future project estimations

• Data mine historical projects,identifyingamount spent per project role

• Build database of role/project spend and reporting to inform future project estimations

• Assist Information Technology Project Managers by updating Microsoft Project Plans with meta-data to align to the new Project Portfolio Management application

• Designs, develops, and manages various surveys related to process improvement and other data gathering efforts.

Technical Knowledge:

• PowerBIor Tableau experience

• Proficient with Excel(formulas, connecting files and data aggregation)

• Effectively communicate ideas and directions, both written and orally

Education:  

• Must be enrolled in adegree programfor Business Administration,Management Information Systems,Computer Science,or DataScience/Analytics
