Part of Global Solutions, Hospitality provides an extensive range of advanced security access solutions designed to cater to the precise needs of any hotel property. Available solutions include VingCard door locks, Mobile Access, Elsafe safes, access management software as well as location-based staff safety and hotel asset management technology.

What would you do as our Field Service Engineer

As our Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team looking to provide the very best support to our customers. Reporting to the Service Manager (South), you will be responsible for, commissioning new systems, providing comprehensive customer training, identifying and resolving product issues at customer premises.

You would also:

  • Setup systems to customers access requirements and install front desk equipment

  • Provide training to end user at various levels

  • Commission our locks, testing functionality

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues on customer premises

  • Undertake on call duties, to provide customer with support outside office hours (1 in 4 rota)

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • Electro-mechanical repair and some electrical knowledge

  • Solid experience as a field service engineer

  • Be willing to travel and sometimes stay away from home for a number of days

  • You should be a confident speaker and able to engage others

  • Y ou will ideally be located in Home Counties (where applicable)
