Summary:

General Labor Warehouse Worker Opportunity at Greentech Renewables- St. Louis

Join the team at Greentech Renewables-St. Louis. This position will be focused on moving solar panels, racking, piping, staging orders, and wrapping pallets.

Reports to: Location Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to move heavy objects (Max 60LBs)

• Clean driving record and background check.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college work or degree preferred.

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly, work hard, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sit down forklift trained

• Customer service experience

Working Conditions:

• Walking, bending, lifting on a concrete floor

• Hot and cold temperatures depending on the weather

• Interacting with both staff and customers on a daily basis

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

• Efficiently handle shipping and receiving tasks using UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight companies.

• Accurately stage and pull solar panels, racking, pipes, and wrapping pallets for customer orders.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse (including sweeping and trash disposal).

• Contribute to the team by proactively taking on additional responsibilities.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $30 to $30 hourly.
