Walmart Senior Manager, Operations - Strategic Partnerships in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

You'll be successful in this role if you have experience:

  • Developing long-term growth initiatives from inception to launch

  • Leading development and execution of strategic planning across business and product teams

  • Leading marketplace growth and excellence initiatives

  • Owning team governance and development, product road mapping, and offsite planning

  • Developing strategies for sales organizations and external stakeholders

You'll make an impact by:

  • Driving volume and revenue growth for Walmart and Walmart GoLocal

  • Refining existing product road mapping processes

  • Creating playbooks and processes, refining reporting, and streamlining operations across multiple teams

  • Building and managing cross-functional relationships with key partners within Walmart and external stakeholders that power the business forward

  • Leaning in to assist across multiple aspects of the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

  • 3+ years' experience owning long-term strategic initiatives

  • 2+ years of experience managing a product roadmap

  • Experience in Last Mile Delivery

  • Experience in a start-up environment or scaling a new business within a larger enterprise

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
