As Senior Manager, Channel Partnership Operations and Business Analysis, you will support our efforts in operational excellence with various stakeholders within the enterprise to deliver excellence to Walmart partners, sellers, and customers.

The role will support the Walmart Marketplace Channel Partnerships team and multiple new seller acquisition workstreams; responsible for ensuring we continue to pursue data driven decisions, track progress, and implement improvements to exceed expectations and goals set. Y ou will lead the exploration and understanding of the market, competition, and business performance of Channel Partners supporting our Senior Director, Channel Partnerships. It will be your responsibility to foster a scientific approach of problem solving with the team, to develop reports and dashboards to indicate trends and hold the team accountable on performance, as well as present analytical insights of the business to the team and leadership. In leading operations and business analysis of Channel Partnerships, you are a vital contributor to growing our US Marketplace business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on empathic leader, and a team player, that's curious and excited to drive impact.

  • Lead and support the development of operating models in coordination with your team and cross functional partners.

  • Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystem & business model.

  • Track-record of effectively managing a team, as well as multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities.

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to champion key strategic initiatives using data, while offering continued performance monitoring along with recommendations to improve the outcome.

  • Structured and organized thinker who can drive analytical projects to completion with minimal direction; intense analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to deep-dive when necessary; supporting leadership and team in how they analyze, understand, and action their ownership of strategic Channel Partner business development or the account management of a Channel Partner portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant and quantitative field or relevant work experience (e.g. Economics, Finance, Management Science, Business/Data Analytics, Statistics, etc.).

  • 10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Have solid experience examining data and market information to analyze and provide insightful direction on growth strategies and action plans for our business and the business of our high-value Channel Partners.

  • Quickly can create effective reports to analyze business performance, including that of our Channel Partners, to identify patterns or anomalies, for the team to institute actions that drive acceleration or improvement for incremental sales and acquisitions, respectively.

  • Possess strong understanding of data visualization and the capability to build meaningful dashboards for specific stakeholder-audiences, that are easily and quickly digestible and informative.

  • Have strong understanding and advanced practiced use of SQL, Tableau and/or PowerBI and expert capability with Excel, with a preference of experience with Salesforce, Looker, and GIST reporting.

  • You have excellent leadership competencies with inherent emotional awareness, executive presence, and effective communication, including presentation skills.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
