What you'll do...

Walmart is hiring a Manager, Reverse Transformation, on-site in Bentonville, AR!

This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in the recommerce and retail transformation space. If you have a background in product and/or project management, and you are looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you. The manager of reverse transformation will lead our new initiative governance and project management efforts, partnering closely with our recommerce, product and operations partners.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Supporting the development and execution of our recommerce product strategy and initiatives.

  • Defining and communicating product prioritization and timelines.

  • Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the needs of our customers.

  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.

  • Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in the transformation space.

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions at scale.

  • Driving innovation within our team while ensuring data accuracy and scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office.
