The Director, Product Management builds products to enhance the experience for our store associates. You'll use the latest tools to facilitate teams and their work to develop experiences changing the way we serve associates and customers. You'll lead a team delivering associate-centric solutions like the Walmart app, game-changing financial and health and wellness services, and next-generation associate tools, like an augmented reality stocking app, and so much more. It's the work of you and your team on the world's biggest stage at the place where your work has a purpose.

Location for this role is Bentonville, AR.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Develop and enhance products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, collaborate on the rollout strategy, and manage risks

  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, collaborate on business cases, and approving objectives

  • Build collaborative relationships with important partners by guiding priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership

  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs

  • Build a team environment by managing and mentoring a team of 4-6 Product Managers

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
