Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join Walmart's eCommerce organization on the newly formed Site Program Strategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart's digital customers. This position will lead business analysis and insights for the Walmart.com customer experience from site entry to checkout and everything in between with a specific focus on homepage, campaign page, and global navigation performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves to work in white space and build from the ground up as we develop the foundational measurement strategies and data applications to scale insights generation.

• Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help drive business strategies and customer experience enhancements; connects the data to the customer experience to clearly communicate the story behind the numbers.

• Leads a team of user testing and A/B testing specialists to validate hypotheses from internal and external stakeholders; synthesizes results and provides recommendations to inform business strategies

• Partners with product analytics and data engineering teams to define and develop key performance indicators, benchmarks, and anomaly detection

• Identifies or creates state-of-the-art modeling and analysis tools and provides technical guidance to team members on modeling techniques, data mining, statistical analysis, and all new analysis projects

• Identifies key business issues; communicates findings to stakeholders clearly and with influence to champion change based on the team's analysis

• Develops dashboards and trains associates on data applications to enable self-serve data capabilities

• Creates strategic plans for the department; builds perspective on KPIs and aligns resources of department to achieve targets

• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning

• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 5 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 7 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 4 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business or related field, Project Management certification, Six Sigma certification

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
