The Customer Service Representative will provide accounting support to the DLR team, including reporting and entries to assist services expansion and daily workflow. Month-end financial close activities also required.

Where is the work:

This position is onsite in Benicia, CA. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What you will do:

  • Answer multi-line phone

  • Respond to customers via phone and e-mail

  • Enter service calls in database

  • Work together with office staff/Service Manager in dispatching technicians

  • Making sure all jobs are covered

  • Data entry of job updates

  • Prepare quotations for customers

  • Place orders, track, and receive parts

  • Research replacement parts – vendors, part numbers, etc.

  • Answer questions and “sells” maintenance contracts via phone inquiries

  • Prepare maintenance contract quotations

What you will bring:

· Minimum 3 years experience in customer service

· Fluent in English, both oral and written

· Familiar with all standard MS Office applications

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 plus overtime potential
