Key Roles and Responsibilities: 
 This position has responsibility and accountability for program/project management, budget and administrative functions for CTX. This position will be performing these key functions to develop a strong support structure required for the smooth running of the IDC.
This position is often the primary delegate representing the AVP in their absence (with their guidance) on resolution of budget management, business planning, and tactical planning issues. Often responsible for prioritising critical work tasks for the organisation. Provides expertise in all technical areas that the district is accountable for. Member of task forces and process management teams to insure overall district success. Decisions must be made in an environment of constant change while balancing multiple priorities that include competitive pressures, fluctuation revenue streams, financial limitations, engineering and service requirements while incorporating capital and expense budget pressures.

Job Contribution: Reports to General Management. Education: Typically Bachelor Degree or equivalent is needed. Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of experience in the areas of Business Operations with Administrative functions and responsibilities. Ideal candidate would be from the background of ITES Industry with back office administrative functions. Supervisory: No.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

Align to ATS IDC governance mechanisms to ensure smooth collaboration with the enabling functions like HR, Finance, Procurement, Real-estate, Facilities, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and IT.

Program Management Office & Change Management of the following:

  • CTX IDC needs a restructuring and cultural assimilation of existing teams.

  • There will be an aggressive ramp up from the current 850 to 1,200 in an year.

  • Once the teams are established and stable, IDC’s higher maturity journey will begin towards delivery of business outcomes.

Responsible for various administrative, reporting functions for IDC CTX Teams.

Alignment to the Agile transformation objectives of CTX

Operational and financial data management, Vendor, NPW, invoice, rosters, QBs, REQs, assets – reporting and management

Support content creation processes for meetings and presentations for completeness while delivering against timelines.

Will be the primary delegate representing ADs and Directors in their absence including resolution of budget management, business planning, and tactical planning issues.

Member of task forces and process management teams to ensure overall org success.

Manage IDC ACC Salesforce team participation in and adherence to company-wide programs and requirements (HR, BU driven activities, policy changes, etc.).

Act as a front door for requests that do not have a clear owner, which requires a good overall knowledge of organization functions.

Various other day-to-day administrative duties related but not limited to communication, strategy and execution

Proficient in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring key performance indicators and other important metrics

Align to company’s DIB(Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging)- Employee Resource Group (ERG) chapters (Spirit, CSR, Pulse, AT&T Believes India, Women of AT&T, Well-being) to improve engagement and impact

Qualifications

  • Experience/ expertise in Vendor contract management, business and operations management and program management.

  • Driven, self-starter

  • Excellence in employee engagement and creating employee delight. Working with a diverse workforce and helping created a highly motivated and high performing workforce is required.

  • Proven Experience int he area of Business Operations + Administrative path

  • Efficient in Program Management and measure metrics

  • Excellent in handling Process: Process Improvements, Workforce Mgmt, People Mgmt for a large scale organisation (Min 1000+ employees)

  • Excellent oral, written communication skills

  • Experience / expertise in managing large operations with large teams

  • Excellent in preparing executive presentations and telling a technology story in a business-friendly language.

  • Detailed and highly organized

  • Continuous learning mindset

  • Project management experience

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Positive demeanor, capable of managing stress gracefully and maintaining composure under pressure
