Role: Principal Software Developer, OCI Corporate Identity

OCI Corporate Identity designs, deploys and supports Identity and Access Management Services for internal and external customers of Oracle. We use innovative Identity Tech from Oracle's arsenal to roll out services iteratively and at scale. These services showcase industry leading Oracle's Identity and Access Management products and services.

We are looking for an experienced principal software developer that can design, develop and debug complex software to roll out Identity and Access Management services in the OCI Cloud. These services serve internal and external customers of Oracle at scale. Cloud experience, Java, Python, Shell, OJET, Node.js, Oracle DB are some of the tech involved.

The candidate will lead in designing cloud-based solutions for Single Sign-On, Provisioning, LCM of identities and roles, Passwordless access, FIDO, SAML, oAuth, application gateway based services.

The position will also recommend and justify major changes to architecture and design of Identity and Access Management services for Oracle.

Qualifications

We are looking for 10+ years of experience in developing complex software and solutions, preferably in the Identity and Access Management space

Thorough understanding of OO design patterns, software engineering principles, release management, CI/CO, REST, SOAP, programming standard methodologies

Experience with working in any cloud platform

Excellent experience in Java platform

Experience writing code with scripting languages such as python and shell

Exposure to UI tech including OJET, jQuery, React

Experience in working with Oracle databases

Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, or similar Access Governance products/services would be a huge plus.

Ability to review code and provide feedback

Ability to deliver large scale projects on time with with high quality.

Analytical troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate effectively to engineers as well to management

Excellent verbal and written skills

Experience in effectively working with geographically distributed teams

As a principal software developer, you will lead the Corporate Identity team in designing, developing, deploying and supporting leading edge solutions for Oracle in the Identity and access Management Space.

You will be working closely with the product developers, architects, and, business teams in evolving and rolling out enterprise grades solutions.
