Job Description

Total 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience with 1 year experience in HealthCare Industry as preferred experience.

• Being Hands-On is a critical requirement.

• Develop and implement advanced technical solutions for EHR product using cloud technologies and microservices architecture on Kubernetes.

  • Experience in Java and JavaScripting.

  • Hands on experience in scripting languages like python and shell script.

  • Good understanding of Database Query language like SQL

  • Good Understanding on XML, JSON and rest.

  • You will Identify potential risks, problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds/resolution for customer(s).

  • You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the EHR healthcare ecosystem, partner products/services and third-party systems.

  • Build and automate SOPs for EHR Application Services.

  • Answer customer queries and provide implementation guidance.

  • Build Knowledge base on EHR and New Millenium applications and best practices around it.

  • Work in Agile development environment across the globe, improving processes enabling the team to achieve higher productivity in continuous delivery environment and deliver a superior product to our customers.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Member Technical Staff to join our Health Applications team in building cutting-edge EHR products and supporting the customers. This role involves leveraging cloud technologies, microservices architecture on Kubernetes, modern UI frameworks, and innovative Conversational and Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement advanced EHR solutions using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and Kubernetes.

  • Post deployment, provide high quality of support to our customers.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams , support escalation teams and product management teams to provide scalable and maintainable solutions to unblock customers.

  • Drive the adoption of modern UI frameworks and AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.

  • Ensure high-quality engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Develop tools using Oracle Application Express to automate the day to day chores.

  • Develop and analyse using Grafana dashboards and logs across the fleet.

  • OCI level network troubleshooting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being hands-on is a critical requirement for this role.

  • Experience in Solution Design: Proven experience in designing solutions for customer engagements, specifically in the EHR and Healthcare Integration space.

  • Programming Expertise: Proficient in Java and JavaScript, with experience in scripting languages such as Python and Shell for automating and optimizing workflows in EHR applications.

  • Microservices and Kubernetes: In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes for scalable, cloud-native EHR applications.

  • Provide 24X7 on call support for our customers.

  • Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of database query languages such as SQL, with experience in managing healthcare data securely and efficiently.

  • Data Standards and APIs: Solid understanding of XML, JSON, REST APIs, and HL7/FHIR standards for interoperability between healthcare systems.

  • Risk Management and Resolution: Ability to identify potential risks and problem areas in EHR integrations, and develop procedures for effective workarounds and resolutions tailored to healthcare workflows.

  • Integration Ecosystem Expertise: Broad knowledge across integration processes associated with EHR systems, such as connecting healthcare-specific SaaS, partner products/services and third-party systems.
