• Join our team and make an impact by helping clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of the modern IT landscape with cutting-edge Multicloud, DevOps, GitOps, and Cloud Native solutions.

• As part of Dell Multi Cloud & Apps Data team, we help customers realize their potential and embark Cloud journey by providing roadmaps, financial analysis and execute the strategy through patented approach.

You will:

• Achieve business outcomes by leading cross functional technical project teams

• Provide guidance, develop, and execute cloud strategies, roadmaps, and architectures to establish agile, software-defined data centers.

• Provide broad, scalable alternatives solutions or designs to move clients constantly forward on their cloud journey.

• Contribute to the development of work outcomes, including long-term objectives and initiatives.

• Attract, train, and nurture top talent through recruitment and development initiatives.

• Formulate high-performing teams capable of supporting customers throughout their IT transformation journey.

• Lead organization-wide efforts to enhance customer success, foster innovation, and achieve technical excellence.

• As a Technical project lead deliver and handle customer escalations effectively.

• Drive business KPIs and operations metrics at organization level.

• Provide executive leadership with quarterly forecasts, capacity plans, pipeline development updates, and capability-building plans.

• Collaborate closely with the portfolio team to innovate and develop new offerings spanning multiple disciplines.

Essential Requirements

• 18-22 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders (up to and including CxO)

• Extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex Multicloud architectures across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid environments with minimum 6+ years of experience.

• Experience in leading migration of significant volumes of application and/or data workloads to public cloud

• Strong experience with DevOps practices, implementation of of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to ensure scalable, reliable software delivery and deployment.

• Mastery in Docker and Kubernetes for efficient containerization and orchestration of cloud-native applications

• Deep knowledge of GitOps principles and tools like GitLab CICD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD for efficient infrastructure, platforms and Application & Data management with minimum 4-6+ years

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions using tools like Ansible, along with other similar products, to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and drive business value.

• Proven experience in driving successful consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering value-added solutions.

• Adaptability to evolving client requirements, technological advancements, and market dynamics in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Multicloud, DevOps, GitOps, SRE, and AI.

• certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or DevOps certifications are desirable.

Desirable Requirements:

• Strategic Consulting: Lead client discussions to understand their goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions.

• Architectural Design: Create scalable Multicloud architectures integrating DevOps and GitOps, aligning with client needs.

• Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the rollout of Multicloud solutions and automation workflows for seamless integration.

• Technical Leadership: Serve as an expert in Multicloud, DevOps, and GitOps, guiding teams and staying updated on emerging tech.
