Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Position
This position will be performing these key functions to develop a strong support structure required for the smooth running of the IDC to enable the transformation:
Program Management Office & Change Management of the following:
CTX IDC needs a restructuring and cultural assimilation of existing teams.
There will be an aggressive ramp up from the current 850 to 1,200 in an year.
Once the teams are established and stable, IDC’s higher maturity journey will begin towards delivery of business outcomes.
Chief of Staff for the AVP including budget management, being a delegate of the AVP
Alignment to the Agile transformation objectives of CTX
Streamline and oversee following functions:
People and Culture, strategy and execution
Operational and financial data management
Vendor, NPW, invoice, rosters, assets – reporting
Communication strategy and execution
Align to ATS IDC governance mechanisms to ensure smooth collaboration with the enabling functions like HR, Finance, Procurement, Real-estate, Facilities, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and IT.
Align to ATS local CoP chapters (e.g. - Cloud, AI/ML, Digital) and operate the same at CTX level to deliver horizontal value: While the teams are organized as four vertical offices, there are common technology and process themes which will need to be harnessed horizontally and significant value can be delivered through:
Best practice sharing
Development of accelerators and innovations to speed-up adoption
Skill-building, sharing, certifications
Align to DIB-ERG chapters (Spirit, CSR, Pulse, AT&T Believes India, Women of AT&T, Well-being) to improve engagement and impact
Role requirements:
Total 15+ years experience in working in IT software industry.
Experience/ expertise in Vendor contract management, business and operations management and program management.
Excellence in employee engagement and creating employee delight. Working with a diverse workforce and helping created a highly motivated and high performing workforce is required.
Experience in process transformation and adapting different processes based on organizational needs. Optimization and performance measurement with metrics is required as a demonstrated skill
Experience / expertise in managing large operations with large teams
Excellent communication skills. Has experience in public speaking and representing organization in external forums
Collaborate within the Agile Practice and lend support to organizational initiatives
Experience / expertise in leading support functions supporting large organizations
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
Track record of working with different work cultures and environments. Exposure to US based clients / partners is required
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence team members, peers and senior management. Escalation and conflict management.
Strategic Collaboration: Developing Strategy, Setting Priorities to meet business and technology objectives by collaborating with US partners and other key stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
Create / adopt strategies for workforce engagement. Make return to office a success. This position requires in-office engagement.
