Aston Carter Billing Specialist in Bend, Oregon

Billing Specialist needed for property management company - Bend, OR

Job Description:

  • Interpreting and maintaining aging report

  • track property budgets

  • manage credit approvals

  • manage collections for roughly 250 accounts

  • creating invoices and reconciling once payments are received

  • maintaining up to date knowledge on renting laws (will train on this)

  • maintain accurate and up to date account records

  • step in and assist with general office duties as needed

Skills:

Accounts receivable, Cash application, Reconciliation, Aging report, Data entry, Collections accounts receivable, Accounting, Credit analysis, Invoicing, Microsoft excel, debits, credits, invoice entry, budget tracking, budgeting, budget management, lease accounting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • budget tracking experience would be helpful

  • property management industry experience ideal

  • need to be thicker-skinned and able to keep up in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • good with Excel, will not be building reports but they will be maintaining them

  • lease accounting experience

  • Savvy with Microsoft Excel

  • Bachelor's nice to have

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations

  • Problem solver
