Occupational Development Center Inc Area Program Supervisor in Bemidji, Minnesota
TEAM UP WITH US!! ODC is seeking an Area Program Supervisor to work closely with the Program Services Director, to ensure that each individual receives the necessary support that confirms their needs, interests, and preferences are respected and provided for in a safe and healthy environment to maximize personal success. This position will carry a partial caseload which may be multi-divisional depending on the current needs. Bachelor s degree in human services, human relations, or related field. Two (2) years of experience may be substituted for each year of formal education. Experience and knowledge of services provided to and working with vulnerable populations, preferably adults with disabilities. This position will be based within our central/western service area and will require frequent travel to the outlying communities. Mandatory DHS Background Study. Must possess a valid driver s license, with an insurable, unrestricted driver s record that meets the requirements of ODC s insurance providers.
