Introduction

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Coordenaço de time de operações de recursos humanos, perfil handson, com expertise nos processos e processamento de folha de pagamento (mensalista, horista, comissionados, contrato intermitente, bolsa auxílio, aprendiz, dissídio e prolabore), encargos (FGTS, INSS, IR, Entrega de E-social, Retenço e Compensaço), calculo de proviso de férias, 13. salario e dissídio, férias, resciso (normal, complementar e judicial), afastamento, ponto e frequência, administraço dos processos trabalhistas/prontuario de colaboradores;

Retrocalculo de folha de pagamento e aplicaço de Dissídio;

Habilidade na interpretaço de CCT ou ACT (Convenço Coletiva do Trabalho ou Acordo Coletivo);

Expertise em contabilizaço de folha de pagamento e rateios;

Gesto de afastamento e controle de estabilidade;

Acompanhamento de CND, atualizaço de Fap e constetações;

Expertise e gesto de benefício, compra e manutenço, gesto de pagamentos e acompanhamento;

Gesto de Frequência (Ponto), calculo de hora extra, banco de horas (e sua legislaço), adicional noturno, interjornada e intrajornada), fechamento de ponto e apuraço;

Gesto de afastamento e controle de afastados;

Recolhimento de encargos Sindicais e aplicaço de correço salarial/benefícios de acordo com o Acordo Coletivo;

Acompamhamento das datas base;

Acompanhamento do cronograma mensal e anual, além de SLA de serviço, KPIs e metas;

Habilidade para coordenadar e desenvolver equipe multidisciplinar, ser referência técnica;

Analisar os pontos criticos da folha de pagamento, férias, resciso e benefícios, com o objetivo de buscar soluções legais e precisas para reduzirs riscos passivos trabalhistas ou tributarios;

Garantir o correto pagamento mensal, incluindo resciso e benefícios;

Ter atuado no processamento de folha de alto volume;

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Formaço superior em Direito, Administraço, Ciências Contabeis ou areas correlatas;

  • Vivência como líder de equipe na area de Operações de RH, Folha, Benefícios e Administraço de Pessoal;

  • Atuaço em processamento de folha de alto volume;

  • Domínio em Legislaço Trabalhista e Previdenciaria;

  • Pacote Office, incluindo Excel e Power Point avançado;

  • Conhecimento nos Sistemas: FPW LG Folha, Peoplesoft e SAP.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Vivência em projetos de implantaço de Sistema de Folha de Pagamento;

  • Sera um diferencial ter atuado no modelo outsourcing e atendimento a clientes;

  • Especializaço na area de RH ou correlata.
