About the role

Kerry Inc. seeks Accounting Manager at its facility located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, WI 53511.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for preparation and presentation of timely, accurate, value-added information to senior executives including financial analysis and presentations that aid in strategic decision making. Part of a corporate finance team responsible for multiple tasks in area of Financial Control, General Ledger, Monthly Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Statutory Accounts, Projections and Budgeting. Responsible for standardizing processes, highlighting, and implementing changes within finance team to drive efficiencies. Train and develop Financial Accountants. Oversee and manage direct reports. Monitor and measure financial performance of Kerry Americas against Key Performance Indicators. Work closely with commercial teams and Business Finance leads to analyze and report drivers of performance on a regular basis. Support monthly reviews and periodic business planning sessions. Responsible for evaluating financial and operational results, monitoring data, and contributing to the development of key initiatives. Maintain control over all financial processes. Perform acquisition and divestiture accounting. Implement Kerry ERP systems to integrate business on legacy systems. Fulfill a finance business partner role supporting the payroll function.

Qualifications and skills

This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting or a related field, plus five (5) Years of experience in accounting, business acumen, or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) SAP ERP financial modules and capabilities; (2) Using financial consolidation software with report writing capabilities; (3) Business integration on legacy systems to SAP ERP environment in a financial landscape; (4) Due diligence reporting for acquisitions and/or divestitures; and (5) Local GAAP and IFRS requirements. Telecommuting: Telecommuting allowed up to four days per week.
