We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to drive adoption of our Multi Channel Distribution (MCD) service. MCD allows Amazon sellers and other enterprises to use Amazon’s warehouse and logistics network to distribute inventory in bulk to fulfill demand that originates from non-Amazon retail channels. As a Senior Program Manager, you will support our sales organizations in driving the top-line growth of our business. You will work closely with our product teams to drive execution of go to market plans. You will put in place processes and mechanisms that drive visibility into sales efforts and improve conversion rates. You will also serve as a bridge between sales and product teams and help shape the product roadmap by bringing insights and voice of the customers.

Key job responsibilities

a) Sales planning and forecasting: Work with product and sales teams on estimating entitlement, planning goals and forecasting volume growth

b) Improving lead generation and sales targeting: Work with product, marketing and finance teams to drive lead generation activities (including campaigns, sales promotions etc). Work with sales teams to improve targeting efforts that drive higher conversion and sales performance

c) Lead tracking and sales performance measurement: Work with sales teams to establish mechanisms to track leads to conversion lifecycle and drive performance insights

d) Training and enablement: Drive trainings for the sales teams and serve as a subject matter expert (on the MCD program) for sales teams

e) Reporting: Own management reporting (in business reviews) and drive associated narratives to leadership in conjunction with the product team

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Experience defining sales performance metrics and driving process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

• MBA, or Master's degree

• Technical Sales Experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
