BYTEDANCE INC. Senior Product Designer (Multiple Positions) in Bellevue, Washington
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver User Experience (UX) solutions that measurably improve the core workflows of our target users by designing mental models, end-to-end journeys, and User Interfaces (UI) for our software products.

``` - Balance product vision, goals, and research and insights to provide long and short term UX direction to the product by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including User researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and other UX Designers.

``` - Work with user research to validate solutions iteratively and address the feedback.

``` - Facilitate and own successful end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment.

``` - Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design intent.

``` - Define visual design systems for developers.
```{=html}
``` - Present your team and design work to peers and external partners.
```{=html}
``` - Mentor junior and intern-level UX Designers in using a mature, modern, and user-centric design process.

``` - Identify areas of improvement within the product design team such as process and practice.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Arts and Technology, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Arts and Technology, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;

``` - Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;

``` - Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and

``` - Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic and/or international travel up to 10% required.
