As a member of the handset and accessories supply chain planning team, this role is responsible for the planning or fulfillment of assigned products in the Plan-to-Delivery forward logistics process. Working closely with Product Management and the Handset and Accessories Planning team, the planner will lead the process of developing and communicating an integrated purchase plan for assigned products and OEM that supports the company's financial and customer service objectives Responsibilities: Support the IPP team in the processing of vendor invoices submitted through Doculink and EDI transmission Generate, analyze and publish OEM KPI metrics. Maintains the relationship between DC's and OEM on all receiving, put away, and capacity issues. Lead the Demo and Display Phone requirements gathering, communication and ordering processes Handles Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment process and relationship with assigned suppliers. Drive the Purchase Plan Review process with assigned suppliers including analysis of monthly demand plans. Establishes and maintains business relationships with the established supplier base to assure on-time delivery, favorable pricing, and optimal inventory levels by location Work with cross-functional teams to perform a thorough review of on-hand inventory and performance to resolve lifecycle and disposition planning Attends all weekly handset and go to market calls for assigned suppliers. Represent IPP on the daily DC Operations call. Audit planning data setup including review of supply network and calendars. Monitors performance of EDI, ASN, and all reporting activity. Review projected inventory failure and implement expedites or release purchase orders to replenish DC. Review projected excess inventory and defer or cancel purchase orders. Root-cause process failures. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Qualifications: 2-4 years Supply chain experience. Supply chain experience preferred. 4-7 years Experience in at least 2 planning fields (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Supplier Management). 4 Experience running CPFR or VMI programs preferred. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
