What we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented Senior QA engineer to join our expanding team of engineers in Belgrade. You will be a part of the team of quality experts, working on a challenge to improve and accelerate testing within the whole DI organization. If you have a passion for analyzing current quality bottlenecks, and experience in bringing ideas for improvements and implementing them, this is a job for you. We will be tackling all the quality areas including manual, automation, performance, and security testing.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree ( Computer science or related field, or proven work experience in Software testing )

• 6+ years of relevant software testing experience

• Must have proven experience working in an Agile environment, Agile QA concepts, processes and tools

• Experience with creating test plans, test reports or defect analyses

• Experience with creating and documenting testing process

• Good understanding of TDD, BDD approach

• Passion for constant quality improvements

• Passion for setting and implementing new quality standards

• Understanding or background of any programing language like Java, Python, JavaScript or similar

• Strong understanding of SDLC

• Experience in UI or API test automation and setting up automation pipelines is a plus

• Hands on experience with test management tools like TestRail, Jira

• Must have experience in mentorship and onboarding of younger talents

• Proven English written and oral communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively

• Team player focused on working towards achieving team/project success

• Ability to work independently with little direction

  Nice to have:

• Experience in QA leadership/management position

• Background with banking or financial software

• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, Google cloud

• Understanding or experience with SAFe

• Experience with non-functional testing types performance, load, security (Gatling, JMeter, LoadRunner or similar)
