Kuehne+Nagel myRewards Systems Specialist in Belgrade, Serbia

Your Role

Identifying automation opportunities and creating efficient workflows. Testing and implementing new releases, preparing system requirements as well as monitoring and securing optimal utilization of myRewards to achieve excellent quality and efficiency.Developing and maintaing data models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel and SQL.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • 1st and 2nd level systems support addressing troubleshootingissues and resolving technical challenges related to myRewards

  • Participate in the implementation and deployment of myRewardsupdates and enhancements and conduct thorough testing of system updates,patches, and releases

  • Liaise with corporate support, development teams, and stakeholdersacross different regions and countries

  • Development and communication SOPs and working procedures

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proposeoptimization strategies

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • We are looking for a highlyorganized individual who is excited to work in a high paced environment and candeal with highly confidential information

  • IT/Systemoriented

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java,etc.)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Experience with SQL for data extractionand manipulation

  • Excel & Excel Mackro

  • Minimum high school diploma

  • You need to beproficient in MS Office

  • Advancedknowledge of the English language

  • Goodcommunication skills

  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures

  • Customer service orientation

  • Strong analyticalskills and desire for problem solving and troubleshooting
