Description and Requirements
职位描述：
参与AI产品的研发，提升算法系统的性能和业务指标，对算法优化；
面向客户的分析、预测、监控等场景， 针对实际业务需求，分析问题，梳理数据，设计建模流程，推动实施完整的解决方案；
跟进机器学习、人工智能和其他技术的创新和进展;
配合团队深入研究业内领先的技术思路和高效算法，形成完整的、体系化的推理产品。
岗位要求：
有数据挖掘或者机器学习模型经验，计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
熟练掌握常用的数据挖掘、机器学习、深度学习算法，并有产品化经验，具备良好的算法选型能力和产品落地经验；
精通C/C++，Java，Python等编程语言的一种或多种，具备良好的编码能力；
精通Tensorflow、Pytorch，Caffe等深度学习框架的一种或多种；
熟练掌握常用的机器学习算法，包括不限于（LR/决策树/聚类/XGBoost/LDA等）或自然语言处理任务（文本分类/文本聚类/深度学习算法），图表征学习等；
6.了解深度学习的基础知识，如 dnn、CNN 、RNN、resNet、LSTM等，能熟练使用 tensorflow 架构深度学习的网络；
- 具有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决挑战性问题充满激情，具有良好的沟通能力，重视团队合作。
