Description and Requirements

职位描述:

  1. 参与AI产品的研发,提升算法系统的性能和业务指标,对算法优化;

  2. 面向客户的分析、预测、监控等场景, 针对实际业务需求,分析问题,梳理数据,设计建模流程,推动实施完整的解决方案;

  3. 跟进机器学习、人工智能和其他技术的创新和进展;

  4. 配合团队深入研究业内领先的技术思路和高效算法,形成完整的、体系化的推理产品。

岗位要求:

  1. 有数据挖掘或者机器学习模型经验,计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业,硕士及以上学历;

  2. 熟练掌握常用的数据挖掘、机器学习、深度学习算法,并有产品化经验,具备良好的算法选型能力和产品落地经验;

  3. 精通C/C++,Java,Python等编程语言的一种或多种,具备良好的编码能力;

  4. 精通Tensorflow、Pytorch,Caffe等深度学习框架的一种或多种;

  5. 熟练掌握常用的机器学习算法,包括不限于(LR/决策树/聚类/XGBoost/LDA等)或自然语言处理任务(文本分类/文本聚类/深度学习算法),图表征学习等;

6.了解深度学习的基础知识,如 dnn、CNN 、RNN、resNet、LSTM等,能熟练使用 tensorflow 架构深度学习的网络;

  1. 具有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力,对解决挑战性问题充满激情,具有良好的沟通能力,重视团队合作。
