• 领导并协调与整个产品组合或产品线的未来架构方向相关的领域技术和业务讨论。

• 从内聚架构的角度，基于当前和未来的状态，分析、设计并开发路线图和实施计划。

• 在产品组合或团队中审核和/或分析并开发领域级别的架构需求。

• 参与企业架构领域治理模型。

• 参与软件与数据交付平台的开发，这些平台具有可重用的组件，可以组合成不同的方法。

• 领导新兴技术、行业及市场趋势的研究和评估，以协助项目开发和/或运营支持活动。

基本资格

需要软件架构方面的丰富经验。学术知识水平相当于计算机科学或“STEM”（科学、技术、工程和数学）专业的硕士以上学位

所需特性

优秀的英语能力及沟通能力。

优秀的抗压和化解能力。

技术专长：

• 熟悉多种开发语言，如C,C++, Java, Python, Perl,Java Script etc.具有深入的开发经验。

•开发过大型设备相关的软件，负责过多个领域，对整体系统软件设计深入了解.除软件外对整个系统有深入了解，如硬件，FW，第三方软件等。

•熟悉Linux 开发，希望具有医疗器械的开发经验。

•熟悉软件的开发管理周期。具有全面把控软件开发风险以及，把握软件实施进度的能力。

•具有大型软件项目的开发经验，担任过技术负责人的关键角色。如果兼任过项目管理工作更佳。

• 能够在企业层面就结果和所需技术解决方案的一致性向客户咨询

• 能够根据当前和未来的业务状态，分析、设计及开发软件解决方案路线图并实施计划。

• 具有配置选择和相关成本影响的工作知识；具有配置复杂解决方案的经验。

• 了解业务部门内的所有解决方案目录，并能够深入讨论整体解决方案。

• 具有在各个生命周期阶段（规划、实施、稳定状态、停止使用）保持运行稳定性的经验；能够通过资本和运营进行供应和制定预算。

• 能够领导早期客户互动；引导客户通过各种方法培养信心和舒适度，并整合他们的传统技术投资。

业务敏锐度：

• 善于浏览组织矩阵；了解人们的角色，可以预见障碍，识别变通办法，利用资源和团结队友。

• 了解内部和/或外部业务模型如何运作，并促进积极的客户参与

• 能够阐明对企业/客户最重要的价值，以取得成果

• 能够利用演示和讲故事的概念，为跨职能团队提供足够详细的职能领域信息。

• 具有业务部门内完整解决方案目录的丰富知识，并精通高级水平的各个领域的讨论。
