AIG Partnership Business Development Manager in Beijing, China
How you will create an impact :
As a seasoned B-to-B business development manager, you are responsible to lead the partnership business development across business lines of AIG China with focus on Accident & Health to achieve the growth and financial targets
Identify, approach, negotiate and close the business deals in targeted segments independently with the support from functional colleagues
Closely monitor the sales performances of launched partnership deals with the ability to identify the root causes for under-performanced deals and propose and execute action plans to improve the financial outcomes
Maintain excellent partner relations to make sure business objectives are achieved in win-win approach
Actively manage sales pipeline tools (salesforce) and make sales reportings for management review purpose
Keep updated on the insurance market evolvement with focus on digital and Accident &Health areas and provide market insights to product development team to timely identify the market needs and our corresponding solutions
Other ad hoc projects and duties assigned by department head
What you’ll need to succeed :
Demonstrated B-to-B business development or account management experience in insurance ecosystem
Proven track record of successfully launching a partnership deal with the targeted financial results achieved preferably in digital or Accident & Health insurance ecosystem
Consultative selling abilities and experience to offer tailored made solutions with customer-centricity mindset
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
English literacy with Bachelor’s Degree or above
