What you’ll do:

• 负责内容营销的内容创作、落地执行和全渠道资源管理及整合能力；

• 直播规划及短视频活动内容编辑、策划、运营及数据效果监控；

• 运用AI新工具进行数字化实践；

• 负责社群及社交媒介运营和店铺运营，包括新平台合作模式搭建、新产品推广、营销活动策划、协调内外资源、品牌宣传及活动执行等维度；

• 分析同行业内容营销结构及热点话题，紧跟行业发展趋势，探索更多的合作模式；

• 分析用户画像进行客群管理，提升自运营店铺和账号的营销数据，定期输出报告。

Qualifications:

• 本科以上学历，三年以上电商运营经验或相关从业经验；

• 思路清晰，有敏锐的电商洞察力和创造力；

• 团队合作意识强，具有良好的沟通表达能力、应变能力、组织协调能力；

• 掌握和熟悉office办公软件、图片处理软件、视频编辑剪辑软件、直播软件、各电商运营后台操作的优先考虑；

• 具有较强的执行力，具备良好的自我学习能力和驱动力。

• 认真细心，有较强的责任心和服务意识，有一定的抗压能力。
