LogixHealth Assistant Manager, EDI in Bedford, Massachusetts

Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA

This Role:

As an Assistant Manager in the EDI department at LogixHealth, you will assist in managing, planning, and guiding activities surrounding the New Client Implementation process. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to take a lead role in setup, QA, communication, and monitoring of new client activities. 

The ideal candidate will have strong technological skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience with healthcare EDI systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for the setup of the EDI New Client Implementation process

  • Introduce new policies and enforce the existing policies within the department

  • Perform new client setup in Allscripts required to submit 837 and receive 835 files

  • Manage staff workload and productivity

  • Submit/Monitor EFT/ERA enrollment paperwork

    Required:

  • One to two years related experience with EDI

  • Ability to research, track and resolve issues with EFT/ERA enrollments in a timely manner

  • Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred:

  • Previous lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
