- Discussing with drivers and customers regardingscheduled load/delivery times
- Arrange for necessary pickups and or repairs to restore service and schedule.
- Type in data provided directly from customers.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Locate and track drivers using our systems.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Ensure timely load pickups and deliveries.
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
