Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for both reactionary and proactive maintenance, as well as installation of new equipment. This role requires working on a variety of machinery including injection molding machines, conveyor systems, hydraulics, PLCs, robotics, electrical systems, pneumatic equipment, chiller systems, air dryer systems, and performing welding/fabrication tasks.

Hard Skills

• Experience with pumps and valves

• Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics

• PLC troubleshooting using ladder logic

• Electrical maintenance including 480V systems, schematic reading, and rewiring

• Experience with 6-axis robotics is a plus

• Knowledge of LOTO procedures

• Welding and fabrication skills

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a hot, loud, non-climate-controlled environment

• Adherence to dress code requirements

• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Night Shift - 2-2-3 Schedule - 7pm to 7am. The environment is characterized by high temperatures, loud noise, and a distinct hot plastic smell, which might be challenging for some.
