Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be to assist the Setup and Maintenance department. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. Your role will involve assisting in the removal and setup of the die/tooling for the next run. Once a run is completed, you will remove all wires and hoses to pull out the tooling and molds from the press. You will then select the new tooling and place it within the machine, hooking up all the proper wires and hoses to ensure the tooling is ready for the Process Technician. This role also includes cleaning plastic off the floor and machines, and working in assembly or quality on the line when not performing setup work.

Hard Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude - understanding of tools and ability to assemble/disassemble things mechanically

Soft Skills

• Flexibility - willingness to work in various departments as needed

• Problem-solving skills - ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bardstown, Kentucky.
