SPHERION Senior Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift in BARABOO, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Direct hire \$27-37/hr base + \$1/hr shift differential and \$2/hr (perfect attendance bonus) Fully Onsite Join the team of a well-established manufacturer! Our client is expanding their maintenance team and is looking to add two Senior Maintenance Technicians to lead 2nd shift.We are seeking candidates with 10+ years of industrial maintenance background working with mechanical and automated equipment. Any background in plastics manufacturing is highly desirable. Highlights: - A growing team with leadership opportunities - A comprehensive benefits package: Health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), Flexible Spending Account, paid time off, paid holidays, and more! - Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance on designated equipment, including preventative, predictive, and corrective tasks - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs - Consult prints, operating manuals, sketches, and diagrams to dismantle, assemble, troubleshoot, or repair equipment - Coordinate with OEM service representatives for part ordering and resolve issues - Troubleshoot and repair machine controllers - Additional duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience required - Excellent troubleshooting skills (including knowledge of PLC troubleshooting) with industrial equipment - Proficiency in hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics - A blend of hands-on experience, formal training, and education to develop a comprehensive understanding of the methods, practices, tools, and materials employed in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and machinery - A 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance is desired ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.spherion.com/jobs/senior-maintenance-technician-2nd-shiftbaraboo43800974/ This position is listed by a private employment agency.
