Philips Project Manager (Healthcare) in Bangkok, Thailand

Job title:

Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements during pre-sales working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams.

Your role:

  • Responsible during the presales phases to access the customer site, agreeing project scope, project risks and timelines, technical project feasibility, pre-calculation of project cost.

  • Consultant with management and other parties concerned on base of the customer contract.

  • Responsible to organize the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes. Including engagement with Market Procurement for quotes/orders from external suppliers.

  • Defines the risks of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.

  • Responsible for implementation according to the project plan or validated project orders in terms of quality, money, time, information, organization and final customer acceptance.

  • Responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R/ H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project.

  • Controls the project budget and progress, evaluates all change requests as to feasibility, costs/ benefits and added value, takes corrective action when necessary.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for Medical Device Industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Good communication skills both oral and written in Thai as well as English.

  • Strong communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in field service/customer service preferred.
