Job Title: Account Manager -Fragrance City/ Country: Bangkok, Thailand

You key responsibilities :

  • Define account objectives, develop commercialstrategy, implement through account plan

  • Identify and document business potentials andcompetitive landscape

  • Develop successful working relationship with(new and existing) clients, establish dsm-firmenich askey partner to obtain briefs for profitable business

  • Monitor client satisfaction and initiate correctiveaction where needed

  • Identify business opportunities, decision factorsand success criteria and Define action planaccordingly

  • Negotiate with clients favorable commercialterms, including payment terms, prices for newbusiness and increases for existing items

  • Maximize business vitality

  • Good business understanding of bothFirmenich and clients’ businesses, sales roleand objectives

  • Ability to develop successfully clientrelationship and to position dsm-firmenich as a keybusiness partner

  • Sales and Negotiation skills

  • Extended product expertise (product, market,consumer, technical/technology) and passionfor fragrance

  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to clients and to demonstrate dsm-firmenich superiority

  • Ability to develop strategic plans, define, prioritize and implement action plans according to business opportunities and success factors

  • Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients’ projects

  • Decision making

  • Know how to use dsm-firmenich tools and working policies & guidelines

  • Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue.

  • Supply Chain understanding (product life cycle, demand planning, order pattern

  • Computer literacy - English and local language
