Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead interlock with Campaign Squads to ensure GEO learnings and feedback are appropriately built into the POV/GTM. Work with Campaign Squads to plan activities and remove blockers.

  • Ensure main GEO market trends and specific regulations are considered by Global M&C teams in the planning and asset creation process, and the GEO teams have visibility of them.

  • Facilitate the co-creation of Campaign/Program activities with GEO specifics to generate high market impact improving yield and results to achieve targets.

  • Strengthen opportunities for technology + consulting to land 3 key use cases across our top 1k accounts at GEO level.

  • Serve as the liaison between WW Campaigns, other geo field activation leads and GEO teams to nurture the ""One Team"" culture, orchestrate alignment across teams and foster open communications / ideation in driving improved performance. Ensure priorities, assets, information, etc. flow seamlessly.

  • Identify challenge patterns for GEO and adapt solutions as best practices into mode of operation.

  • Identify, craft, and share best practices ensuring proper communications throughout existing channels (slack channels, w3 site, forums, etc.)

  • Use integrated tools and methodologies to improve effectiveness and foster new ways to improve speed and consistency on removing blockers.

  • Keep pulse on GEO performance indicators and business results contribution in correlation to the intended marketing business plan. Share Quarterly best practices on CI creation, progression, and yield from an GEO point of view. Ensure Final Geo Gameplan is socialized, actioned, and updated as appropriate.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Self-starter attitude, pre-emptively identifying and handling risks, raising issues when needed to remove blockers.

  • Strong presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Creative approach in clearing obstacles; Innovation around solutions; perseverance to fast-fail and see it through success.

  • Ability to operate in complex, multistakeholder, and multicultural environments - which takes effective collaboration with peers at the country, regional, and global levels.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing and/or communications plans

  • Ability to align to set goals and objectives, while being able to quickly pivot based on business needs

  • Understanding of technology products, sales cycles, and solution positioning; with an ability to craft clear briefs/communication to key stakeholders

  • Ability to leverage data to work with market on aligning decisions to support key marketing metrics
