Veralto Business Analyst (Process and RPA) in Bangalore, India

As a Business Analyst (Process and RPA), you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the organization. Moreover, you will leverage RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Uipath technology to automate the processes.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Process Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.

  • Utilize process mapping techniques to visually represent current workflows and identify areas of optimization.

  • Data Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collect relevant data, test cases and metrics to assess the performance of existing processes.

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to quantify process performance and potential benefits of proposed changes.

  • Process Redesign and Optimization:

  • Develop and propose solutions to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Design new workflows, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies.

  • Work with stakeholders to gain buy-in for proposed changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Implementation and Change Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact.

  • Knowledge handover for process to RPA Dev team

  • Develop change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption to operations.

  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of optimized processes.

  • Records Benefits Quantification post RPA deployment

  • Monitor process performance regularly and identify opportunities for further refinement.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive ongoing enhancements and maximize efficiency.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:

  • At least 4 years’s experience in business process analysis, optimization, and redesign.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

  • Good understanding of the RPA software capabilities used for automation

  • Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Good understanding of RPA Deployment Methodology and opportunity identification / process optimization is required

  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

  • Familiarity with business process management (BPM) software and ERP systems is desirable.

  • Certification in business analysis or process improvement (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is advantageous.
