Description:

As a member of the Analog Layout team you will be responsible to deliver fully-verified, clean layout, which includes designing mid-complex layout for mixed signal, analyzing floorplans and reviewing floorplans with circuit designers, running complete set of design verification tools by interpreting LVS, DRC and ERC reports to find the fastest way to complete layout.

Responsibilities:

• Create layout designs of analog circuits in submicron technologies

• Develop multidimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering, using hi-tech CAD tools

• Check dimensions, verify completed drawings

• Cooperate closely with design team

• Follow the layout methodology and design rules

• Perform chip level floor planning and functional blocks placing & routing

Qualifications:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in field of Electrical Engineering/VLSI/Electronics and with strong fundamentals in sub-micron technologies.
