Candidate must have at least 4+ Yrs experience in Talent Acquisition
Should be very good in understanding Oil & Gas Industry requirements. Preferably hiring for offshore projects.
Need to have experience in E2E Recruitment life Cycle (Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Negotiation, Offer Letter release etc)
Should be good team player
Good to have experience in Stakeholder management
Education: Any Bachelors and above
