Facility Lease Management & Budgeting - Global
Monthly Rent payment processing and tracking - Global
Infrastructure Projects Execution
Space Utilization Management and Seat Allocation ( Bangalore)
Vendor Management
Periodic MIS - Expertise in reporting - Excel
Working with POCs for APAC ( Other than India) & Europe regions on Leases and Projects
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Advanced Excel expertise
Well versed in Power point presentations
MS Project
Desired Skills:
- AutoCAD
