Johns Hopkins University Research Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland

The Institute for International Programs is seeking a Research Assistant to assist the Countdown to 2030 project.

This position will support the communications and knowledge management activities of Countdown to 2030.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating website content.

  • Performing project management activities.

  • Writing and managing the list for the email newsletter.

  • Creating social media content.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Special Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and software for content creation and management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building / networking skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.

  • Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in human nutrition, public health, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 HRLY ($23.00 HRLY targeted; Commensurate with experience)
